Out with 2013, in with 2014

So let me try to recap what have I done in 2013, on my cobweb blog.

I started off year 2013 with blood donation. I swore to myself to keep on donating blood. I tried to donate every 3 months but I manage to donate twice. You’re welcome. I also got my iPod Mini replaced by my wife when she accidently put it on the washing machine. Other than myself, Silat Cekak did an opening demonstration for our Longest Silat Performance in Sabah in line with KK City Celebration.

February is the month when I got my mobile rig. That’s what we Amateur Radio Station call it, because it’s a transceiver rig, and it’s mobile. I’m still thinking on how to plug that void around the rig. Or maybe I just let it be. Looked science fictionist.

March, like I said, we tried to have the Longest Silat Performance in Sabah and we did it. We did it at Sembulan River Park, behind Sadong. Our next target is to have Largest Silat Performance in Sabah, somewhere in March 2014. Look out for it.

April, I’m back with Treasure Hunt, after 2 year of absent.

May is a Polling month, and I did my part.

June is when I finally get to see, for myself, terrace paddy field, in Bandung! This first trip, we went shopping. I don’t mind to go there again for sight seeing.

July is when I get; seldom used, Melisa. Why Melisa? Because of 1Malaysia. So patriotic of me. My wife got it for free and since she already have Ezeo; a Macbook Pro of course, so she gave this to me.

August is my first time celebrating Aidilfitri in Kuala Penyu, together with my wife side of the family. Borneo International Marathon that was originally scheduled in May was rescheduled to August where I, was one of the volunteer on radio communication. Yes, I was there, looking after Full and Half Marathon. Also cycled with DBKK cycling group during Merdeka Day celebration. Noticed Iron Man, Spiderman and Superman?

September is an exciting month for me. I was one of the Radio Operator for DBKK Patriotic Convoy, involved in my very first video shoot for my silat society charity dinner and most importantly, my wife is pregnant.

October is the month where I did, on my own, upgrading Cik Bedah’s battery, RAM and harddisk, and repair my iPhone 4s. Funny, I don’t have a name for it.

November is all about silat. Went for Hari Tenaga Pengajar and Charity Dinner at Serdang and Kuala Lumpur, respectively, and went to see a painting, a special painting at Balas Seni Lukis dan Visual Negara.

December?

Yes, it’s a boy 🙂

Now, there’s no new gadget in 2013, except for the ones my wife gave to me. But there will be one in 2014. No, my mobile rig is not a gadget. It’s an old school socializing machine. Waayy older than the Internet.
